Ship and Delivery Policy

  • There is no minimum order for delivery through Pluss, until and unless a discount code specifies so.
  • Rs 50 delivery fee is applicable to all orders below Rs 200.
  • For orders above 200 there are no delivery charges.
  • SMS+ delivers only medicine and health related products, namely- Daily Hygiene, Baby Care, Pet Care and Personal Wellness.
  • Time of  delievery  of your order is of 2:00 hrs from the time of orderof medicines
  • We are available for @COD orders  from  11:00 AM t0 8:00 PM

 Refund, Cancel and Return Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 2 working days from the date the customer issue gets resolved by the customer service team.

Cancel and Return Policy

An order can be cancelled at any point of time before your order is Picked Up. Return of your order can be made within 1 day of the delivery date, provided the products that have been delivered are unopened and the bill is intact.
Return of products will only be accepted in the case the wrong product, other than what has been specified in the order, has been delivered or the product's expiry date is within 3 months.
Please Note: No return of electronic items will be made after the product has been delivered.

Medicine Return Policy

Cases where medicine(s) is eligible for return:

  • is different from the ones you ordered
  • is lost or damaged during transit
  • is past its expiry date
  • is defective in nature

Cases where medicine(s) is NOT eligible for return:

  • is without original packing/accessories
  • is without the proper bill
  • is used or tampered with
  • is unused/has been un-prescribed by your doctor

Please check your orders at the time of delivery and report any return request before you pay our delivery executives.
